Step 2 — Assessment videos
- Posture front and side
- Neck turn left and right
- Shoulder 90/90 position
- Seated trunk turn
- Toe touch
- Hip rotation each side
- Single-leg balance each side
- Bridge hold or single-leg bridge if safe
- Ankle knee-to-wall mobility
Stop anything that hurts. Good phone video is enough.
Step 3 — Optional swing videos
- Face-on swing
- Down-the-line swing
- Normal speed and slow motion if possible
Step 4 — Waiver
