What to Send

Assessment videos

  1. Posture from front and side
  2. Neck turn left and right
  3. Shoulder 90/90 position
  4. Seated trunk turn
  5. Toe touch
  6. Hip rotation each side
  7. Single-leg balance each side
  8. Bridge hold if safe
  9. Ankle knee-to-wall mobility

Stop anything that hurts. Good phone video is enough.

Optional

Swing videos help, but they are not required.

Send one face-on swing and one down-the-line swing if you have them. Normal speed is fine. Slow motion helps if your phone can do it.

Before training starts, Huston will send the waiver. Long Game Fitness is fitness coaching, not medical care.
